Does anyone know a way to increase the cruise control on my ls6 surf to 24 mph at the top end to be able to wakeboard behind it as well?

Looking to wakeboard off my surf. Is it possible to increase the cruise control from the factory set to twenty five? I used to wakeboard around 21-22 mph.
