I’m wondering how people’s transitions have been from schools to medical outpatient (peds)? Or vice versa.

I got a great offer in outpatient within a hospital system, but this would be a new setting for me. Im concerned about work life balance and how fast paced this setting seems compared to schools. Any insight would be so helpful!
