Escaping housing instability?

Im neurodivergent and need logistical advice, idc if its blunt/painfully true

Question:

how do I buy a property for myself to live in long term sustainably in a month

Contexts:
I have done loads of research and considered many options

I am on a visa in london but working towards applying for citizenship within 3 years

I have less than 10k in the bank

I am mostly flexible but need the following as a non negotiable
-i own the space eventually 100%

I have so much wood working/welding/plumbing/electric experience and am willing to learn anything i need to help me survive

Im exhausted of instability because of things being out of my control

Im indigenous and have ocd so land and ownership and concepts like control and stability feel false and i understand many truths

Anything is helpful
