Hi. Just wondering if anyone has has a hernia as long as me. 18 years now. Inguinal hernia (told is a direct inguinal) Any rate. Ive been able to live with it well until recently. Ive been able to golf, lift weights, walk 10 miles etc. When i wake in the morning it will have gone down in size quite a bit all be it not all the way gone. Soon as i get up it comes out. Some days if i golf or walk a lot the next day it seems a bit larger and aches. Then over a day or two it gets better. Wondering if anyone is in the same boat. Thinking of getting it fixed. Saw a specialist a couple weeks ago and he said its a 2/10 size wise and i can get it fixed or keep doing what im doing. Any help appreciated.
