I have no idea why, but the Mandalorians cape will start randomly flicking and stretching multiple times through your game, causing it to cover your screen and distract.

The strange part is however, this clip isn't how it looks when actually witnessing it in-game, for some reason the cape is moving so fast that the PS capture system is actually showing parts of the map disappearing. When seeing this with your own eyes, you won't notice that, but instead see transparent "after images" of the cape appear instead

I already posted this on Discord and on Twitter\X, so I'd appreciate if people can this out because this is insane for any cosmetic to do this.
