Can we talk about Threats & Menaces being inconsistent and a weird place for Cindy Moon to work in?

If you didn't know, Silk's current workplace in the comics Threats and Menaces originated from Nick Spencer's Amazing Spider-Man run. ^(#1)

TNM is essentially a digital tabloid newspaper with sensationalist headlines with the sole purpose of getting views despite the quality of the articles themselves, in short, clickbait. The company is portrayed as this "hip and informal" environment full of freelancers who overall look pretty happy with their job.

In ASM, Jonah is recruited by Norah Winters for his ability in sensationalism. Which leads to Spider-Man wearing a suit that live streamed his battles,^(#2) had him do advertising for brands, and Jonah even brought civilians into his fights through remote controlled mechanical suits. Peter ditches the suit and TNM loses Spidey's good will, but Jonah stays with Norah.

Also in ASM, Norah Winters is fairly relaxed and more than happy to make up conflict for a few more clicks. In the end, it's revealed the company exists solely due to Chameleon's investment in it, a plot point that's never wrapped up or addressed again.

...

Now over in Silk-ville, TNM is a tad different...

TNM in Silk's books operates as a fairly more normal newspaper, where Cindy does investigative reporting and writes genuine articles. Her coworkers are all young still, but it's implied other people do investigative reporting as well, where one coworker even ends up in the same place as Silk while snooping around for news. Norah Winters is also portrayed as that type of hard-ass boss who apparently now hates Jonah (???), and through the text and art is shown that nobody likes her either.^(#3) Jonah is also Cindy's boss, of course.

This disconnect between the original TNM and the current one in Silk is really bizarre, especially if you've read the issues of ASM focused in it. There's no explanation whatsoever for their change in personalities or how the newspaper operates.

And Cindy Moon working in it is just strange if we consider the original premise of TNM. Why would our hero be working on sensationalist articles?

Could it be editorial only gave vague notes on TNM to the writers of Silk and that's why the place was re-interpreted so differently?

^(This is all just a moderately sized nitpick I've noticed the other day... Or months ago, and I just had to comment about it.)

Not even a Silk mention in SDCC this year...

If Marvel doesn't give her a solo run, she will become my intellectual property, no take-backsies.

Seeing someone comment "I'm glad they don't use that old ass artwork for references anymore" in r/MarvelRivals on the topic of Jubilee not looking like herself has me like
