Ok so I got a new VR recently (old one broke) and vividly remember being able to like summon the spawner gun thingy in the campaign bc I finished it but I either cant anymore or cant find it

Was it a mod or a perk?

I need to not have to restart the whole fucking server because the buildings keep getting BLOWN UP! anybody know mods that can regenerate buildings and doors or like let me place buildings and doors?
