Yesterday i recieved a message from my class teacher and it told how i need to apply and what not but there was one point in the message written.

15kd per subject

If a child wishes to write only one subject he must write a letter stating the subjects he got RT in and which ones he wants to give.

I have gotten RT in chem and phy. Is my school bein delulu or is a new rule bein introduced that i dk bout?
