Plex does not finish with chapter thumbnails

I moved my media library to a new drive, and since then Plex constantly wants to generate chapter thumbnails, hard drives and CPU are running 24/7 but no progress. I have already disabled it in the media library and in the general settings. If I quit Plex and restart it, it also stops, but during the next maintenance period it always starts again.

Does anyone know how I can stop this?
