Omg guys the pain is real, I should consider this my first real bm because the first one was basically a tiny 2 constipated balls of an old meal. I'm writing this through the pain of the spasms stinging down my anus. I took 3 pain killer pills but the pain is still strong. I'm kinda feeling better now but I was screaming for a good 20 minutes. All I could do was race back and forth between my bed and the stool.I was sweating alot, and I still feel like i need to go to the bathroom but the pain is too much. regarding the poop it started with a hard tiny walnut ball (constipated) then a huge amount of softer poop. I felt a sharp painful sting and alot of burning. The pain lasts for almost 25 or 30 minutes so take the painkillers. I also forgot to mention that you will have a sore throat after surgery its less noticeable today but definitely painful too.. I'm kinda feel better now (1 hour later)

So I've been having this urge to go to the bathroom ever since I got the surgery but I couldn't, partially because of the pain from the stiched and a pizza. Last weekend I was at a friend's house we we're drinking and having some fun. I ordered a medium sized pizza thinking we would share it but ended up eating 7/8 slices from the package. I wasn't that worried cause it was sunday and my surgery was on Wednesday. meaning I've had time to digest the meal and get it out of my system before getting stiched up, but I was wrong. Before my bowel movement I took the painkillers and slowly sat on the stool. All that went out of my system were two small balls, and a gush of blood. one ball was significantly bigger than the other (around 3 cm diameter the small one was the size of a pea which went out while I was cleaning the area). It was pretty painful but short lived since it was very quick (under 2 minutes )however the amount of blood that came out while cleaning was pretty significant. when i examined the smaller ball of feaces i noticed that it was very hard and that's when i made the connection it was probably some of that pizza I've had at my friend's house. I'm pretty glad it was over and hopefully next bms will go alot smoother. For now ama stick to soup and fruits and just getting healthy again.

Hey guys I've just woke up from the day after surgery of my Haemorrhoids. I've had 2 grade 4 one interior prolapsed and another exterior around my anal area and it was huge. The surgery I got was Haemorrhoid doctomy, I believe it was closed but I haven't checked the area yet. I'm feeling some burning around the area and it hurts to sit. I still haven't had my first bowel movement so I can't comment much on the but so far I thought it was gonna be more painful I would rate it at a 6/10. Reading certain stories regarding this surgery was kinda scary so I'm sharing my own for more insight.
