Stopped at 38th and Blake for ten minutes and deboarded the train.

Sounds like from a passenger and security there was a pedestrian on a scooter crossing the at grade crossing at 38th and Blake. The person jumped out of the way but the train ran over the scooter.

Make other arrangements for airport travel.

EDIT: RTD Employee just announced may be resuming service on track 2 but there could be delays so expect the unexpected for airport travel.
