Day 1 of ADF
Starting my first day of alternate day fasting today. I’m doing this to build discipline, lose weight, and prove to myself that I can stay consistent even when it gets uncomfortable.
I know the first few days are usually the hardest, so I wanted to make this post as a public check in for motivation and accountability.
If I fail, I’ll come back and make an edit admitting it.
If I succeed, I’ll come back and say I passed Day 1.
Any advice from people who’ve done ADF before is appreciated. Especially for handling hunger and staying mentally focused during the fasting window.
Edit- I failed, there was a graduation party, peer pressured to eat. I’m a failure, trying again hopefully I can make it into an Omad.
