Homeschooling an extroverted sensory-seeker

I have a 10 year old ADHD/OCD/PDA with pretty high stimulation needs. She‘s also fairly extroverted and does better when surrounded by people. (like she once told me that Costco, at noon on a Sunday made her feel “content.”

She is currently in public school, but I am looking into homeschooling her for middle school. Her demand avoidance is becoming more of an issue as teacher expectations increase. The social dynamics have also started to become challenging for her.

She’s academically well above grade level and reads an to and I think academically it will benefit her. I would be able to lower demands and work on building up executive functioning skills. But I am concerned with how to give her enough stimulation and social interaction. Especially because I do not like being surrounded by a lot of people, and have a toddler as well.

Do I add in daily classes? A hybrid program? An understanding Co-op? Or would I be better off looking for a very flexible in-person school?
