I ordered my first bundle from Fleek. Very excited, handpicked and reputable seller who was very friendly and communicative and had many five star reviews. The seller sends me a link to purchase my bundle, everything looks right, it appears to be a normal listing but with my username and info about my items. I purchase it through my cart and…. No receipt? No email confirmation? On the app it does not show up in “my purchases.”

I contacted the seller asking if they could send me the receipt, but they say the payment hasn’t gone through on their end. Well, it has on mine! Over $200 charged to my credit card. In my heart I don’t think the seller is lying but I don’t know much about this app or how trustworthy people can be.

I contacted Fleek customer service and they asked for a transaction ID from the bank charge, but there is none. It just says Fleek Commerce Inc. They say they’ll investigate and get back to me shortly. Fingers crossed that “shortly” means the next day or so, not in a few weeks.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it normal for the transaction to take hours to process? I’m a bit disappointed because I was really excited for my bundle. I’m pretty confident I can report the charge on my credit card and get my money back so I’m not too worried about that. Any advice is welcomed.
