[Question] do DC re-color their books ?

I’ve been reading some Bronze Age Batman on the DC Infinite app, and the coloring looks super clean. It does not look like it comes from the 70s, at least to me. But I could just be imagining things, and this is just how the book always looked.

These were my first Superman books I read as a kid

I had these copies for years they went through some abuse. they were my dad‘s but then he gave them to me and started my obsession with comics and Superman.

[Comic Excerpt] fun fact Kyle Renner can speak Gaelic (Green Lantern issue 88)

I’ve been reading through Kyle Rayner’s original run, and apparently his mom is from County Cork, who moved to California. She has been teaching Kyle to speak a little bit of Gaelic. I don’t know, I find him being a son of a immigrant to be very interesting. I hope, as I continue read, that they dive more into that.

My dad and stepmom got me this mug

I like to drink coffee through this mug as I read my comics.…. Also on a unrelated note it’s 4:55 PM where I live and this is my 3rd cup of the day I don’t think that’s good for me

I’m a 20-year-old guy, and this happened to me last year when I was 19. At the mall I worked at, there was an energy drink store that I liked to go to. This was a very small store; there was usually only one person working at a time, and I always came across the same two guys. This time, there was this cute lady.

When I chose my drink, she asked for my ID. I gave it to her, of course, but out of curiosity, I asked why she needed my ID because none of the other guys ever asked. I am paraphrasing this, but she essentially said, “None of the other guys care, but I’m only asking because, no offense, you look 12.” I am only paraphrasing slightly because she legit said, “No offense, you look 12.”

anyway I thought it was pretty funny it became a running gag with my family once I told them
