Hey guys, I've put so much time and effort in creating my profile because I thought Upwork would release at least 15 of that credit we need to send proposals as a starter but what happens is that they don't release nothing. I totttaly agree with the plataform taking a percentage of what I earned with the job, but spending money to send proposals is too much for me given my currency is not the best (I'm from Brasil) so it gets 4x times more expensive for me.

Is there any other freelance platform you recommend? Sdr, talent hunting and CS areas
