Everyone who walks through the door of my high turnover team is being given opportunities for HD except me?
Worked in this team for around 3 years and have expressed my interest in HD. I’m finding that I’m never given the opportunity despite them being available while everyone else (including people with similar and less experience then me) is getting them regularly, even where they are brand new to the team. I am also the only member of the team with an ethnic background which I know isnt determinative but I can let help but notice.
