Hi,just yesterday I'm laying on the bed and suddenly thought of the pain once the angel of death takes our soul.

and my mind went and think about once we're all alone in the grave waiting for the day where we'll revive In front of Allah.

I'm scared,my body felt cold and I keep crying.

I'm wondering if this is normal? if it's not,how should I stop because I'm pretty sure I got a panicked attack thinking about this and I ended up open the 1000x istighfar video on YouTube to calm me down.

ever since then i keep think about death even though I'm only sitting or doing nothing, I need help, should I talk to this to my psychiatrist?
