Good result for the club

Best player on every PL big six team + sides competing in Europe are going for a 100 ms or close enough. Same for "benchwarmers" on teams who reach CL quarters or better. So what's the work around?

Personally I'd love to see

- Nelli CF arc

- Eze LW with fullback holding width

- Nwaneri reintegration at RCM

- Skelly LCM

🏆 Player of the Season: Raya - tough competition from Rice/Gabriel/Saliba but he's been the most consistent, won us the most points and saved a penalty.

👀 Underrated: Zubimendi - Definitely believe MLS is the better partner for Rice but he would've been burnt out playing the amount of minutes did. Slyly think it speaks worse to Artetas man management than Zubis quality that he faded so badly.

😮 Shock: #1 Waiting so long to integrate MLS in midfield #2 only to play him in every important game (run in, CL SF and final)

😕 Let down: Nwaneri loan - Small sample size be damned. Perfect middle ground between Eze and Odegaard (neither of which have done enough to claim the position). Levels above any other choice there (Merino, Havertz, Saka). Really impressed me in those early season cameos. Hopefully Arteta/MGMT realise he's another MLS in need of an opportunity but looking at how Skellys situation played out (literally in the brink of choking the PL before he got the break in case of emergency call up) I don't see it ending well🕊️

⚽️ Best Goal: Nelli vs Bruges or Eze vs Leverkusen

✅ Favourite Win: 3-1 Bayern. Absolutely walloped the "second best team/attack in Europe". Compare and contrast this performance with the final.

✍️ Best Signing: Zubi/Eze

🤩 Fave Moment: "After review, West Ham number 19.."

🤐 Controversial: Possibility of a drop off is bigger than people realise. Large part of our spine have logged 50+ games for 4 or 5 seasons in a row. Recruitment needs to take this seriously and provide starter material not depth.
