Seeing faces
I have been doing the tapes for 2 months, I have had lots of varied experiences.
I started Exploration Sleep in Wave 1.
At one point in the tape I thought I slipped and it jolted me back. I go deeper into the tapes and in some of the silent bits, everything would be quiet and dark, and then my awareness spots it. A face. Multiple faces.
A blond guy with super blue eyes and a grey shirt appeared looking directly back at me. It gave me a mega jump-scare at first. He wasn’t even too creepy his eyes were the most blue I’d ever seen and he just was there one moment and gone. I got back into the tape and more faces came one by one and they were def lower vibrational beings, they had dark eyes and were much much closer to my face. Literally right in front of my eyes.
Their vibe feels different, I say hello but they go..
I have heard my name being called as well, not by any voice that I know.
This happens every time I do this tape, and I’m working through them at my own pace. I’m curious has anyone else has this happen during the tapes and does it eventually go away?
Towards the end of this tape I was drifting more to sleep but I couldn’t quite get there. It felt a sensation in the back of my head. Like I was falling for 3 secs and then I get zapped out of it. I have reached this point 3 times now. And it feels like I can’t get further. Should I continue or redo Wave 1?
Am I being blocked from having an experience ?
