Should I just buy generic progressive readers.
Can you guys give me your opinion? I'm new to the glasses world, and I don't need any prescription for faraway objects, but reading things up close is becoming too blurry, and I need readers sometimes. Pearl Vision talked me into some progressive glasses. With insurance, my total was over $500. And now I'm reading that generic progressive readers like from Sightline may be even better for me with wider clear spots and cost 10 times less. I'm not too worried about the price, because obviously, I picked out the best-looking Gucci glasses they had and I look hella good in them. It's hard for me to find good-looking glasses, so I'm stoked about that. If they are a little better, then I'm fine with the purchase, but now I'm worried I might like using a generic one better. I posted the prescription they gave me. Am I being taken advantage of? Thanks in advance for your opinion.
