Dr is obsessed with the possibility I have MS and refuses to treat. MRI shows no MS

Hey ya'll, a bit of a vent and also looking for some validation in dealing with the workers comp process. I'm 32 y/o female, I hired a lawyer very early on in the process, the lawyer helped me find my current care team. The insurance company is Sedgwick.

I was injured late last year at work. I had one surgery to address a detatched nerve in my right arm. My injury also affected my neck and by extension my arms. I have numbness, weakness, and loss of dexterity in both arms. My main doctor brought up Thoracic Outlet syndrome and CRPS.

One of my other workers comp doctors casually suggested I have MS one day after some EMG results came back normal. Since that time he refuses to see any other option. I got brain, c spine and t spine MRIs. All showed regular wear and tear, plus some disk bulges. NO lesions.

He still refuses to see any other option. Over the course of 8 months the only treatment I've received is occupational therapy for my right arm. The surgery gave minimal improvement. No one has addressed my neck or left arm.

I did receive a neck injected way back when I first saw my PCP for my initial injury. It didn't do anything.

I am frustrated with being pigeon holed into MS, I've expressed my distrust of the doctor who suggested it. I just want my arms and hands to work again.

Is this experience of lack of treatment and diagnosis normal?
