I really like the cards with fat chip they look really cool
Do any of you people know the reason hdfc is issuing different sizes of chips to different people ? I’ve always thought they provide big fat chip on metals to help with nfc / contactless payments.
I currently hold a fd backed millenia and trying to upgrade to fd backed regalia gold by increasing the fd to match the regalia gold floor limit . ie 3.35 lakh
And later in this year plan to get dcbm on fd basis too ,with some 6 lakh fd
I just want to know if I can request the bank to issue me the fat chip version of the card when I upgrade to dcbm ?
Spends on millennia in last six months —5.4 lakhs
And can people who have the dcbm currently ask for the fatter chip version of it ?
