Good morning,
My father and I (primarily my father for now) run a construction business in the Hamptons, relatively average size. Business is pretty good currently.
We have a good rep, and pretty much all jobs have come from referrals.
We have started to begin primarily focusing on higher ticket jobs. I hope to continue this trend to begin growth and expansion.
Referrals have done well, however I’d like to begin searching for higher ticket clients, especially due to my area. My question is simply to know what exactly are the best options to find these type of clients? Generic marketing tools and options are likely not very optimal as I’d just end up with unwanted leads. Of course I could be wrong.
