Looking to get into ER and need direction.

As the title says I'm looking to end up in er but currently have been looking into into jobs. They all say medical assistant certificate is required but I'm about to take NAC. Should I pivot and get medical assistant cert instead?

I'm looking to eventually go on to BSN and working in emergency.

Thanks in advance. Any guidance is appreciated.

Not sure where to start or what I need for hardware to start my home lab. Would like some advice.

I don't really know how to preface this but I'm not sure if I need multiple devices or an all in one for all the things I want to do with a home lab so here goes, I'll tell you what is like and if I could get some guidance that would be appreciate!

I know I'd like a quiet machine that has a small footprint and off course. I'm comfortable with Linux and will most likely be running this headless.

So I have this idea of setting up a server to store photos and video from my families cameras in long term storage. Some redundancy here would be nice so the memories don't disappear if a drive fails. Part of my degoogle process.

I'd like to have a home media service available such as Jellyfin.

Eventually I'd like to set up some security cameras that I can view and record video. This is a long term goal not immediate.

I also have a website that is like to self host from the machine.

I may come up with other ideas and projects but cost is a big factor as well. Say under $600. I'm not looking to start big but have the ability to scale up over time. The jellyfin, long term storage and website take priority to get to and running first.

I've looked at a few things but would like to hear from the community on what you think?
