I can't seem to find this perk ANYWHERE in the lifestyle tree's. Even got a cheat mod to see if I could find this perk and it was missing there too. The only submod I've got for Elder Kings 2 is EK2: Unearthed.

Any help at all would be appreciated.

UPDATE: I am dumb and didnt see it in the learning tree under loremaster!!!
