Found disrespectful that MBTA still makes you pay both times you enter the train during train suspension
MBTA keeps getting more chaotic. This morning with an Orange line suspension (days before an 11-day suspension) and they tell you to switch trains but I have to pay to hop in another line or the bus. Why should I pay for a service I’m not getting? Why should I pay MBTA for complicating every commuter?
I think it would be ideal that Phil Eng and MBTA reimburse that money.
