Hello! Wondering if the paid subscription is worth it? Does the extra content gives you more insights to keep your practice easy and effortless and motivated for daily practice, or is it just to help the app stay functioning?

BTW, I am really enjoying daily Bob Roth group practice.

Have you guys reduce caffeine intake? It seems i cannot tolerate it anymore since started meditating. Is this normal?
