Is it worth buying the AirPods 4 without noise cancellation?

I need to buy headphones, and I already use the Apple ecosystem(Mac, iPad and iPhone), but the AirPods Pro 2 or 3 are still very expensive in my country. Does it make sense to buy the 4, or should I wait for the prices to improve?

At first I was afraid I'd regret it, but today I regret not making the switch sooner.

Nowadays I use GeForce Now when I want to play something.
