Red/White light
Hi everyone, I'll explain briefly. I was given these Astro A50 headphones, and when I tried to connect them to my PC, the PC showed "charging" and all the modes were normal, but the PC didn't recognize them. So I did some research and found that I could reset them with a pin on the bottom. Now the Astro software doesn't recognize them (neither of the headphones), and basically, I can't connect to the PC. I've tried different ports, another PC, a different cable—I've tried everything, and it still doesn't work. I also tried the Dolby + Game button trick, which got the headphones to recognize the base, but the base is still exactly the same. The problem is that if I unplug it, it doesn't even light up; I have to do the same thing again with the pin. I hope someone can help me.
