Has anyone else experienced the following for Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal on Amazon Prime Video?

1. I used the "Buy season 1" button (which turned out to be the 5-episode Season 1 Part 1 that appears as the first ) associated with the first "Season 1" in the dropdown.
2. I then used the "Buy season 2" button (which turned out to be the 5-episode Season 1 Part 2) associated with the second "Season 1" in the dropdown.
3. So when I then attempted to purchase the real Season 2 (with 10 episodes), there was no such button associated with the Season 2 in the dropdown (which notably has "s3" in URL and is listed after Season 3). My only remaining options now are to Buy season 3 or to purchase each episode of Season 2 individually.

I've tried repeatedly and without success to explain this system error (confusing Part 2 with Season 2) to Amazon staff... I even provided screenshots documenting the available options, and showing that the absence of a real Season 2 button can be reproduced by using a different browser in which I'm not signed in to my account.
