Have I actually been banned, or has my account data become corrupted?
My account appears to have been banned or shadowbanned without even receiving a notification/email explaining the reason. I also don’t recall doing anything that could have caused this.
Additionally, when I try to access my profile while logged in, I get the message “We had a server error...”. I’ve also lost my profile picture and profile customization. Is this normal for a banned account?
I’ve already submitted an appeal (last Wednesday, 03/06/2026) requesting an explanation. As of today, I still have not received any email, notification, or response to the appeal.
While I wait for a response, is there anything else I should do or keep in mind?
