Gmail specifcally cause honestly wondering. Having to sell some stuff recently but got a text that said to email as a follow up and just did it without really thinking.

I know emails can contain important personal information and Ive done all the steps to protect myself way before this even reset my stuff to double make sure after, but is there any real danger I have to be concerned about or am i making a big deal out of nothing?

EDIT: Entirely forgot to add but NO I did not send any personal information, I just asked the dude if he was still interested since it had been a while since I saw his message.
