First try in a long time
It's been years since I last made biltong. Saw some sirloin at a discount at the supermarket and thought I'd give it a go, turned out great.
I didn't use a biltong box and just hung it on a makeshift thingy in the kitchen for nearly a week to fully dry but now the weather is getting warmer and I live in a mediterranian climate, should I be worried about my next batch?
