Hi all,

Just wanting to get a rough idea how much something like this would cost if done separately after handover instead of through the builder.

The builder’s quote seems a bit expensive, so I’m considering getting it done externally after construction.

Only referring to the red-highlighted overhead cabinetry region in the drawing.

Would appreciate any ballpark estimates from people who’ve had similar cabinetry done recently in WA/Australia.
