Anyone else having challenges with refills?
I had great luck with FYRE Body at first. I trusted them enough to drop $1,500 upfront for their 15-month plan, but now I'm getting seriously concerned. This is the second time I've experienced significant delays, and it's turning into a pattern.
I submitted my regular refill request at the beginning of the month. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I still haven't received my prescription, a tracking number, or any reasonable follow-up from their team. Because of this delay, my previous vial has reached its 28-day expiration date, and I’ve officially hit a gap in my therapy. I'm basically at the point where I should be ordering my next month's bottle, so missing this entire three-week window is incredibly frustrating.
What’s wild is the inconsistency. My husband uses them too, and his shipments arrive like clockwork within days of his requests. I have no idea why this keeps happening exclusively to my file.
During my previous delay, I received a really nasty, condescending email from customer service. It was signed by Aaron, who I'm assuming is the guy listed as the CEO. He suggested the issue was entirely on the pharmacy's end and lectured me about how "I wouldn't call my doctor if my CVS prescription wasn't ready." To me, that's not at all the same thing. I am paying FYRE directly for the medication, plus they switch pharmacies regularly, and they never actually tell you who has your prescription. This time I called the pharmacy my last Rx came from directly to check on the bottleneck, and they indicated the provider cancelled the Rx. I'm hoping this means they transferred it somewhere else, but even if they did it just seemed to delay my refill further.
Is anyone else seeing challenges with refills right now, or has anyone successfully navigated a communication gap with their admin team recently? I would love to know if there's a better way to get things moving.
