What POS builds a custom menu and ordering interface for you?

Companies like Square and Toast require you to build your own menu using their menu builder, but I need something more — deep modifier support, custom ordering interface, the whole thing built out for us rather than us configuring it ourselves.

Looking for POS platforms that offer heavy menu customization with a managed implementation service that builds it for you. Also open to developers or agencies who specialize in building custom POS systems for restaurant franchises.

Any recommendations appreciated. Thanks
