I went to my VFS appointment today for Netherlands and they did not take my photos that I had brought or take biometrics themselves. I asked and the agent said it was not necessary. Could it be because I have previous Schengen visas and they plan to reuse the photo? The agent seemed in a hurry so I didn’t have a chance to ask for clarification. Has this happened to anyone before?
