When should I follow up after a final round interview?
I had an interview with a company for a position; good pay; benefits, work culture etc.
I had three interviews - phone screening; interview with HR and current manager; final round with current manager; their head of department and HR again.
I received positive feedback and I thought the interviews went really well overall. It has been a little over a week and I haven’t heard any news back yet.
My question is when would be an appropriate time to send a thank you/ follow up email regarding this? I checked online and they say within 1-2 weeks post interview. But I wanted to hear any real life thoughts and examples on this in case any one is going through the same thing.
PS: I’ve still been applying around as well so I haven’t given up but I just wanted to ask regarding the current process I’m in.
