3rd proper rug I’ve ever done, I’ve salvaged it best I could and decided to only carve the facial area and features I left the rest to be shaggy effect and just trimmed the edges.
Do you reckon this is sellable or not? I don’t need anyone to give me a specific price I just want to know if this is of expected quality to actually ask someone to pay for it. Please see last picture for final form 🙏
I got my tufting kit about a year ago, I made 2-3 small rugs and then was unable to make any more due to life stuff… fast forward a year later, I’ve just pulled it out and decided I was going to try learn again. I know neither of these designs are original, they’ve been painfully overused so apologies for not being original and I know everyone is probably sick of seeing them but they were nice and easy to get me back into it.
Looking for honest advice and opinions on whether I’m heading in the right direction or where I can improve. I have very bad eyes (cataracts) and struggle with fine detail or following lines accurately so I end up having to rectify a lot of mistakes on a single canvas.
