CE Media is an early-stage media startup based in Singapore. We produce content, build brand partnerships, and are growing fast. We're looking for people who want to get in early and grow with the company.

All roles are full-time with hybrid/remote flexibility.

1. Business Development

Drive revenue. Find clients, pitch them, close deals. You'll own the sales pipeline end to end.

Requirements:

• Experience in outreach, sales, or business development
• Can hold a conversation and close without being pushy
• Background in media, advertising, or creative services is a plus
• Comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding

2. Partnership Executive

Build and manage partnerships — brands, creators, platforms. You're the one making sure both sides get value.

Requirements:

• Strong at relationship management and follow-through
• Can identify partnership opportunities and negotiate terms
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders at once
• Existing network in media, lifestyle, or tech is a bonus

3. Videographer

Shoot and edit across formats — short form, long form, branded content. You own the visual quality of everything we put out.

Requirements:

• Proficient with camera work and editing software (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, etc.)
• Good eye for composition and storytelling
• Comfortable on location and adaptable to changing conditions
• Portfolio or reel required

4. Content Creator

Create content that performs on social — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube. You ideate, script, shoot, and post.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of what works on social platforms
• Can write, script, and create — not just follow a brief
• Comfortable on camera or behind it (ideally both)
• Bonus if you already run your own channels

• Bonus if you have an existing network in media, lifestyle, or tech

3. Videographer

You'll shoot, edit, and own the visual output. We need someone who can work across formats — short form, long form, branded content, the works.

What we need from you:

• Solid camera + editing skills (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut — whatever you use, just be good at it)
• An eye for composition and storytelling
• Comfortable shooting on location and adapting on the fly
• A portfolio or reel we can look at

4. Content Creator

You'll create content that people actually want to watch, read, or share. You understand what works on social and you're not afraid to experiment.

What we need from you:

• Strong instinct for what resonates on social platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.)
• Can write, script, and ideate — not just execute
• Comfortable being on camera or behind it (ideally both)
• Bonus if you already create content on your own channels

Hi there! Currently is PH facing a big energy crisis + awakening? Like everyone is turning to green energy for backup or reducing the reliance on oil.
