Curious what everyone is using to track protocols, progress, reminders, changes, and side notes.
I have seen people use spreadsheets, Notes app, paper logs, screenshots, calendar reminders, and honestly just memory.
The problem is that after a few weeks it gets hard to know what changed, what worked, what caused side effects, or whether progress is actually happening.
For people using GLP 1s, peptides, TRT adjacent protocols, or multiple wellness routines, what has actually worked for tracking?
Do you care more about reminders, progress charts, logging, research data, or having an AI assistant that understands your protocol and profile?
I am especially curious because it feels like the peptide space has a lot of information, but not many good systems for organizing your own personal data.
