I’m not posting this to flex I just want to share what I learned:

1. Post everyday(Or much as possible)

There are days where I post videos that aren’t as good and days where the videos are well made but I still post them anyway.

2. Pick a niche that you like and stick with it(I would recommend something your passionate about)

Don’t post different types of content on the same channel, if you’re a gamer stick to gaming content if your niche is commentary don’t post videos unrelated to that because it can confuse the algorithm.

3. Start with shorts content and segue into long form vids

Shorts allowed me to post 10+ times per day and get monetized quickly, but I realized that the earnings are low so I switched to long form content which has more reliable earnings.

4. Don’t quit (please don’t)

I almost quit multiple times but stuck with it and eventually succeeded.

5. Take breaks

I’ve taken weeks to months off to focus on other things because it can be draining, don’t be so hard on yourself and ease back into posting.
