C&P last Thursday, went from step 3 to 5 that day and back to 3

Now have an Ace exam request for the same provider to review. What all does this mean? The guy going to deny? This is my first initial claim. Been 111 days (which I know is not that long). The clinician was real cool, easy conversation, I didn’t exaggerate anything. But, he really didn’t ask me much about what I’m feeling lately.

This is for mental health. I’ve been dealing with heart attack like anxiety attacks with bouts of depression for years, never sought VA help, but did regular primary doctors and therapists. Definitely burdening my wife with my anxiety these days so I but the bullet and went. Can connect that to a specific event, but I don’t have the documentation. I wrote “There is an incident report on file I imagine” so hopefully it’s there.

C&p completed last week. Step 3-5 in a few hours.

Have Temp Jurisdiction as of now. Initial claim was a little over 100 days ago. What has been your experience in this step as far as timeframe to a decision? The C&P examiner was a really cool guy, didn’t really ask me anything about my service history but, who knows.
