2. What does the typical salary progression look like from Trainee ETO → qualified ETO → experienced ETO?

3. How difficult is the sponsorship exam and interview, and how competitive is the selection?

4. After completing the required sea training and getting the ETO CoC, does the sponsoring company normally take you back as a qualified ETO, or do you have to apply/compete for the job again?
