Sleep paralysis experience
I had one of my worst sleep paralysis moments tonight I hope I never have one again. I use to get them as a kid usually just I don't see writing or people or hear anyone usually just a presence and a fight to get out of my paralysis so tonight around 3.00 I'm having a dream where I'm talking to someone while laying in bed trying to sleep I'm not sure how but I did eventually fall asleep in my dream eventually I come to laying in my bed I cannot move but I feel like someone or something is there then I feel a pressure like a knife inside of me but it is like a numb far pain and a person says something about me watching my back in my ear. it sits for a second I can feel what seems like warm air on my cheek the sharp feeling and the breath fade I lay there still felling the presence I try moving my arm I move it a little I try sitting up a little progress but fall back down then I feel it return the sharp far distant pain returns along with the the warm breath the entity says nothing does nothing just sits there with whatever jabed into me I proceeded to struggle more. unsure if my struggling will somehow anger whatever this is but I continue slowly moving my arms and trying to sit up slowly building momentum and regaing movement untill I look behind me.there nothing there then I look forward at my door at the bottom left of my door there is glowing red writing something ancient and or foreign looking almost like Hebrew or Chinese and and Everytime I blink it changes this is what got me i keep watching it as I grab my phone to turn on my lights the writing stops and now it's just scratches at the bottom left of my door that is slightly open it looked like something clawed at the door while trying to enter or could not enter Im not sure the case I ended up turning on my light next to my bird cage the bottom one on my lamp with my phone the time is 3.20 and by that time the scratches were no longer glowing just dark and with a few more blinks they went away I ended up just sitting there for ten minutes processing what happened I did try going back to sleep but Everytime I closed my eyes I felt like something was still watching me but I think anyone would feel that way after that lol I guess. so now I'm upstairs waiting to go to work at 9.00 I took a few photos In that basement that we're not right stuff was added into the image that was not there when initially took It I would like to say it was a image processing error. but after this it makes it a lot harder to accept it as being just a error I don't know how to post photos on reddit but I will there faces in these photos and someone if you know how to verify the photo is real edit I can't fiqure out how to add the photo to this post
Note I had sleep paralysis all the time I also used to have nightmares as a kid but not like one or 2 in a night but like 5 to 8 times of the same dream only not paralyzed the dreams only stopped after some years when I got so frustrated I kept fighting and attacking it untill I won and I have not had a dream like that since I also have not had a sleep paralysis with writing or talking in my ear before. also while still having visual hallucinations after i was able to move is crazy my brain was active and I was fully awake I could understand what was said I just could not read the glowing letters language but I could read my phone.i also always have been a person to dream I dream every night I remember lots of my dreams and I'm able to control what happens and what I do I can eat fly pee and do anything in my dreams if anyone can help explain why the writing lasted so long or why I could read my phone notifications but not the writing please let me know
