Good ol telitubby-MiSmartMan ~ *BP* Meds.

I know, these *NEW BREAKTHROUGH HEALTH SCIENCE*

things can be wildy... well, wild.

But this seems promising.

I am thankful to the health&fitness, and bodybuilding communities- (well, the non-deusch-pipe-ppls) -that encourage looking into telmisartan (and sometimes nebivolol combo) vs. many conventional BP meds like Ramapril etc.

I was prescribed and on Ramapril myself for nearly 5+years. When I made the switch to the above two, I had a variety of welcomed improvements, and even better bp management. Always in the green now.

And the other potential benefits and newly-found ones, make it even more awesome.
