anyone else find it SO SO SO CHARMING that piglins can give you WATER BOTTLES?

like. how did they even get that?? that’s completely unobtainable in the nether for the player!! i genuinely thought there was ZERO water in the nether! but there is. and the piglins are willing to give it to you.

and by the way, i figured i should add that the piglins are probably not actually greedy or capitalistic or whatever. its HEAVILY implied that the nether is extremely irradiated (geiger counter sound, atmosphere described as corrosive) and its CANON that the piglins used to use netherite and ran out. and since netherite is likely very dense it was probably to sheild them from the radiation

but gold is also extremely dense. impractical for battle armor, but perfect for radiation shielding (its better than lead, just more expensive)

i love these mobs. i have a soft spot for pig characters. anyway that’s just my little rant about how i like my piggies :3

i know this question has been asked before but i wanted to be more precise. is there anything between atoms INCLUDING the electron cloud? to the electron clouds ever touch?

im writing a sci fi character who does this phasing thing you see in stuff like the flash. the ability to move through solid objects.

ive found multiple sources saying that two atoms cant share space because of electron clouds, but is there not space between the electron clouds? or are the electron clouds a gradient of sorts? neither a regular search engine nor the google ai can find me an article abut this so i figured id try here.

my hope is that the idea of two characters being fused into one, as if they were quantum tunneled together, is at least theoretically possible. i want to be able to explain as much as i can to the reader before i am forced to say “its alien tech we don’t understand yet”
