I’ll start by saying i’m not a top performer but I am far from the bottom. At my dealership a top salesperson will do 18 avg, I avg about 13 a month. We have to F&I Managers, 1 Sales Manager, and 1 GSM. Every manager is on board with sending me to Finance school except my GSM. He wants me to be a top performer even though my paperwork is always perfect and i’ve proven my organization skills, i’ve also been top sales person a couple times now. What should I do? I feel like i’m stuck because Finance is my ambition, but I love my dealership/team/brand. I’m a strong closer but my GSM just isn’t seeing something in me
