Good for temporary solution?
I’m not at this property to check for a while. I’ll get someone qualified to check it. I’m going to figure out a long term solution(probably going to remove the unit altogether or rebuild the platform).
There was a Grace ice and water shield installed under the platform.
This was $825 worth of materials I was told.
How does it look?
I’ll take a long term fix suggestions as well.
